At Bustper Works, we manufacture all kinds of components, moulding, or complete pieces of furniture for brands that need to outsource production. In our factory, we work with wood, adapting to any requirements.
Since 1973
We started out manufacturing furniture components for other companies. Since then, we have continued to grow by incorporating new processes and expanding our capabilities.

Technical product development
We collaborate with our clients from the earliest stages of a project. With our in-house design team and technical office for production and installation, we develop products internally, define processes, and select the right materials and hardware. This preliminary work helps us anticipate potential issues and ensure the technical feasibility of our furniture, while maintaining the required quality standards from start to finish.
Manufacturing and optimization
Once the product is defined, we work to optimize time
and costs without compromising the quality validated in the prototype. We adjust production processes to meet target prices and adapt to the specific requirements of each project. Our facilities and machinery allow us to handle everything from complex short runs to large-scale production, integrating machining, assembly, and finishing processes in-house.
Control and execution
Our workflow is designed to minimize risks and guarantee
consistency—especially in serial production where precision is paramount. We monitor every stage of the process to ensure alignment between design, manufacturing, and the final result, supported by an ISO 9001-certified quality management system.
